Millie Dockerson was rich. Stinking rich. It wasn't her money, mind you, it was her parents' money that bought her the swanky townhouse right on the edge of the downtown core of burgeoning Lowden Valley.
Like most folks that moved to The Valley, Millie had a dream. She had a passion for flowers and all things creative and pretty. And with Mummy and Daddy's help, she wanted to open the best flower shop in Lowden Valley.
