This exterior was highly inspired by the original plan I’d found online. I love the bright colours and the mixtures of wood types!
Other than windows from Peace’s Vaulted Ranch Set and the 3-tile archway in the base house house build, there is no other CC in this home. It’s on a tiny-weeney 20×15 lot so you can put it on any other size lot you would like. Do have MOO on when you place it.

The Tangled Webby 
This is so bright and cheerful. I don’t normally work with modern houses but this really pulls you in. It feels quirky but the difference in colour and texture really works. Love it!
Thanks, Missy! Sometimes the artist’s rendering of an architectural drawing leaves much to the imagination, but this one hit me as being spot on. I’m really happy I was able to copy it so well, because that difference in colour and texture was what drew me to it!
