Preparing for Strangerville, Part 2

Cora’s new home is done! And I’ve studied the Strangerville map and have a good idea where I’m going to put it, too. 😀

You’ll notice the odd trio of wall art in the dining room. Almost like someone was trying to leave Cora a message about the history of the town… She sat down and made notes right away. 😉

The great thing about parallel universes is that I’m playing her for now in Oasis Springs, just while I wait for Tuesday, but I can easily transplant her home into Strangerville later. 😀 I’m just pretending she’s in a different part of Strangerville for the time being. Maybe she’ll wake up one day and her whole home will have moved location! Wow, part of the mystery, maybe? 🙂

Bungalow Multi-House

Wow, I’ve got 4 done already! This is just too much fun. I’m sure enjoying my Saturday!

This home’s exterior is inspired by a Craftsman-type bungalow I found online. I took up the entire front yard with a garden-lined walkway. This home is worth §22,559 furnished.

CC: Again, I used siding, windows and doors, and the shutters from Peacemaker.

Not much more to see than the front yard since the house is placed at the back of the 30×20 lot, but since you insist, I’ll give you a few more angles. 😉

It’s on the Gallery. As usual, look for #ttw, #multihouse, username of WebbyMom, or the item title, Bungalow Multi-house. Enable CC!

Veronaville Multi-House

I’m having so much fun with this series! Here is house #3, a Tudor-styled home with lots of lovely flower gardens and window boxes.

Pretty sure the only CC in this house is the 3-tile archway from Peacemaker I used in the base house, which if you don’t have it, just delete the wall tiles to open into the little hall. 🙂 All the rest of the stuff is in-game items, lots from Get Together, of course.

This house is worth §24,225 furnished, so it could be a starter if you plop it down unfurnished, I think. I built it on a 30×20 lot in Windenburg where the front edge of the lot was 30 squares, but I placed the fence on the right in such a way that if you have a different lot layout, it should still fit. At the very worst, you’ll lose a bit of fence and a tree or two. 😀

It’s on the Gallery now – search for Veronaville Multi-House, #ttw, #multihouse, or my username, WebbyMom. Enjoy!

The Multi-House Modern

This exterior was highly inspired by the original plan I’d found online. I love the bright colours and the mixtures of wood types!

Other than windows from Peace’s Vaulted Ranch Set and the 3-tile archway in the base house house build, there is no other CC in this home. It’s on a tiny-weeney 20×15 lot so you can put it on any other size lot you would like. Do have MOO on when you place it.

Couple more pics for ya:

It’s on the Gallery under the title “The Multi-House Modern” and you can search the hash tags #ttw #multihouse or my username (WebbyMom). Be sure to enable the Includes Custom Content option! Enjoy. 🙂

Victorian Multi-House

Number One in my series of external renovations – a cute little Victorian cottage!

(Just remember, nothing on the inside is changed from the Base house, this is an external renovation series only. 😉 )

This house is worth §30,354 furnished. I’ve left most of the back yard only slightly landscaped so you can add what you need for your own sims. 🙂 It’s on a 30×20 lot, so you can use as-is or place on a bigger lot to expand the yard and/or home.

Also, best to use the MOO cheat when placing, just to be sure. You can see what Pack items it uses on the Gallery listing.
